IIT Kanpur has pushed back the release date of the GATE 2023 admit card to January 9, 2023. The hall ticket for GATE 2023 can be downloaded from the official website – gate.iitk.ac.in, by entering the enrollment ID and password. The GATE 2023 examination is scheduled to take place on February 4, 5, 11, and 12, 2023.
The official website stated that the process of downloading the admit card has been put on hold for operational purposes, but it will be available on the 9th of January 2023. The GATE 2023 admit card will contain information such as the name of the candidate, their registration number, paper code, exam centre code, GATE 2023 exam date and time.
The entrance test of GATE 2023 will be conducted in two sessions; the first will run from 9:30am to 12:30pm, and the second one will be held from 2:30pm to 5:30pm. The first exam will cover the CS paper. This CBT (computer-based test) will assess the comprehensive knowledge of various undergraduate subjects in engineering, sciences, humanities, and social sciences, and it will be conducted in 29 different areas, with the option of selecting two papers in some subjects.
