DU UG admission 2022 begins; Steps to apply at ugadmission.uod.ac.in

For admissions to UG programmes in DU colleges, the University of Delhi has developed the common seat allocation system (CSAS). Candidates can submit their applications online at ugadmission.uod.ac.in before October 3.

The password and CUET 2022 application number are required to access the shared seat reservation system (CSAS). The final DU admissions will be made based on the results of the CUET UG exam.

The DU CSAS 2022 admission process will be divided into three phases. The first step is submitting the application form, the second is choosing programmes and institutions, and the third and final step is allocating seats and admitting students to the appropriate colleges. Candidates must complete the application form for the common seat allocation mechanism in the first phase (CSAS). On the official website, the application form will be made available. The first phase will consist of a total of five components.

Steps to fill DU registration form 2022

  • Go to the official website – ugadmission.uod.ac.in.
  • Enter the CUET application number and password.
  • Fill in the given captcha code, and click on the ‘Login’ button. After login, candidates are required to fill out the form under five sections, which are as follows –
  • Personal section – in this step, candidates have to fill in their details. The name, photograph, and signature of the candidate will be auto-integrated from the CUET application form.
  • Academic section – candidates have to submit their marks obtained in the Class 12 exam.
  • Document upload – all the necessary documents need to be uploaded in this section.
  • Preview – check all the details mentioned in the application form carefully, as no changes will be allowed once the form is submitted.
  • Payment – candidates have to pay the one-time application fees in online mode.

DU CSAS 2022 application fees

The application cost must be paid by credit card, debit card, or internet banking for candidates applying for CSAS. Candidates in the UR/OBC-NCL/EWS categories must pay a Rs. 250 application fee, while SC/ST/PwBD applicants must pay a Rs. 100 charge.
